About Us
Our customers and kitchen staff are granted with the ability to be completely creative when cooking and ordering pizza. All our staff share our vision of building a community where everybody is appreciated equally regardless of rank or status and our engaging restaurant allows people to have fun, whilst still remaining professional.

Alliance Information

Thank you for your interest in affiliating with Pizzaiolo. Please ensure that you meet our requirements before applying as we do not allow any exceptions.

Requirements

  • You must have a minimum of 4,000 non-botted members.
  • Have no past record of breaking the Terms of Service.
  • Have never free ranked or sold ranks with admin status.
  • Consistently hit over 15 concurrent players in the groups main game.
  • Maintain a good reputation within the ROBLOX community.
  • The group must be relevant to the Pizzaiolo community in some way.
  • Have substantial growth within the past month.
  • Be willing to announce Pizzaiolo events.
  • Provide 3 representatives.

Application
If you surpass or meet these requirements, you are qualified to complete the following application. We highly recommend contributing as much detail as possible in order for us to understand your group in its best light. Please send the application as a Google document to any Board of Director and allow up to one week for us to review your application.

Please provide an introduction about your group, including any social links.

  3. How is your group unique to others in the industry?
  4. Please provide us with 3 representatives that we may contact.
  5. Do you agree that Pizzaiolo can terminate the alliance under our own discretion?

Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct outlines the group’s ethos and puts forward the needs of our employees. The Code of Conduct sets basic requirements for group conduct and serves as a foundation for our group policies, all of which provide additional guidance on expected behaviour.

The code applies to all employees of Pizzaiolo, regardless of title or stature. This includes our board of directors, managers and individual employees. Unless otherwise indicated, all references in this Code to employee(s) shall be interpreted as references to both employee(s) and director(s).

Group Standards

Attire
We do not require employees to dress in accordance to our brand and the way in which you choose you customise your avatar will not give you an advantage or disadvantage for future progression. However, all clothing worn in our games must be appropriate.

Disturbances
Causing a disturbance (trolling) will not be tolerated and will result in a suspension/demotion and an investigation conducted by administration. If this is for training purposes, it is only authorized to be conducted by a member of the management team at the training centre.

Exploiting
Exploiting is prohibited and will result in an automatic ban and blacklist from our group.

Chat
It is required for all our employees to use grammar when chatting at the restaurant. Minor infractions will not face disciplinary action, but if poor grammar becomes a frequent occurrence, then it will result in a warning/demotion.

What actions could constitute a violation of this Code?
The following are some examples of actions that may subject employees to disciplinary action under the Code:

  • Violating regulations or group standards
  • Directing or encouraging others to violate regulations or group standards.
  • Failing to report known or suspected violations of regulations or group standards
  • Being uncooperative or untruthful during an investigation.
  • Retaliating against others for raising or reporting a Code of Conduct compliance concern, or other ethics concern, in good faith.
  • Other conduct inconsistent with a group environment of high integrity.
Promotion Guide

In order to ensure that we are fair and consistent when offering promotions, we have criteria for each rank. If you surpass requirements for a promotion, then please notify a member of the management team.


Apprentice: Pass an application at our application center.

Tip: Use grammar and include detail to have a higher chance of passing.

If you haven’t heard back after 24 hours, please contact a member of the management team.


Pizza Artist: Pass a kitchen class hosted at our training center.

Senior Pizza Artist: Earn 500xp at the restaurant.

Tip: Buy XP boosts using your tokens to complete this faster!

Once you have reached a total of 500xp, contact a member of management.


Kitchen Coordinator: Earn 2,000xp at the restaurant.

Tip: Buy XP boosts using your tokens to complete this faster!

After obtaining 2,000xp, contact a Board of Director to agree to the terms of the rank. 500 of the 2,000xp earned must be obtained in the current month and all Kitchen Coordinators are asked to meet activity requirements or face demotion.


Supervisor: To progress to this rank, the Director that you contacted will inform you of it’s requirements.


Rank Descriptions

Awaiting Rank: User is waiting to be approved or has been blacklisted from the group.


Valued Customer: User has been fully accepted into the group.


Noted Customer: Contributors, former staff and notable members within the community


Apprentice: User has passed an application, but is not yet permitted to work at the restaurant until they have passed a training session.


Pizza Artist: User is authorized to serve customers after passing a training session.


Senior Pizza Artist: User has earnt 500xp at the restaurant. They should focus on serving customers


Kitchen Coordinator User has earnt 2,000xp and is in charge of managing the kitchens and ensures orders are made swiftly, the kitchen is replenished and that any leftover ingredients are cleaned up. They are now authorized to move other players ingredients.

NOTE: Please arrive to the training centre 10 minutes early to avoid disappointment. The times below is when the server is locked.

Monday: 3PM & 5PM EST

Tuesday: 3PM & 5PM EST

Wednesday: 3PM & 5PM EST

Thursday: 3PM & 5PM EST

Friday: 3PM & 5PM EST

Saturday: 12PM & 3PM EST

Sunday: 12PM & 3PM EST

Community Hour

Community Hour is currently not being held. Join our communications server for further details

We like to give back to our awesome community, so we host a community hour every weekday at 7PM EST.

During this time, you can expect minigames to be hosted at the restaurant with exclusive rewards. This is a great opportunity to make friends and speak to our high rank team, who are responsible for giving recommendations for future promotions.

This hour does not classify as an official event, but increases engagement to our customers and employees already working at the restaurant.
