Hello fellow developers, and I found an issue when working with teleport service. Whenever I publish to roblox to save changes, the place id changes which results in me having to constantly go back and replace it which is very repetitive. Is this a bug? Is there any way to fix it?
publishing to roblox shouldnt change the placeid unless you are saving it as a separate game. normally it should override the older version and therefore keep its old placeid.
are you saving it as a new game each time?
I’m simply doing alt + p and I realized that the id isn’t changing, it’s just that there are discrepancies between going to asset manager - places and copying that id rather than going to the website and getting the id from there.
