Hey. I just wondering if I can make one place in my game private but all other places would be public

Ok, this is a weird topic. Why would you want to do this? What’s the point of making one of the places private? Just don’t make it accessible through the start place.

So we can say that I want to make tournament in my game but I dont want others join it and I dont want to make it as an other game. And the thing is they have to join somehow

Ok, you are clearly new to Roblox studio. You can announce the tournament. But, when the tournament will start, update the game with a portal or something, which will teleport the player to a new place. Turn off Direct Access to Places in settings. This prevents players from joining other places in your experience without portals or a teleport system.
