In the Roblox Universal App, the player count for all experiences is incorrectly displayed as 0 instead of the actual number of players currently in-game. This issue occurs across multiple sections, including Continue, Sponsored, and Favorites.
Reproduction Steps
Open the Roblox Universal App on any supported device.
Navigate to the Homepage.
Look at the player counts for any experience listed under Continue, Sponsored, or Favorites.
Notice that every experience incorrectly displays 0 players instead of the actual number.
Expected Behavior
The player count should correctly reflect the number of active players in each experience, as it does in other versions of Roblox (such as the website or mobile app).
I’ve noticed this happening to me on both the mobile app and the website recently. A refresh fixes it, but would be nice to have the actual issue addressed.
Same issue on PC for me.
Only benefit is I can take screenshots of big games at 0, and then send them to people who play it with the caption “_____ has fallen off”
It is not really needed to make a bug report on this.
This “bug” has been happening since Roblox was created, and it happens because the Roblox API is overcharged. Just wait for Roblox servers to be freer and everything should work !
