Hello!
Our players are currently unable to purchase the maximum number of bucks we offer (10,000 bucks) without encountering an error message. I’ve attached a video that demonstrates the issue, as our development team believes this may originate on Roblox’s side. Are you able to investigate and get back to us quickly? Making purchases is extremely important for all of us, so the sooner we can get some resolution the better. Thank you!
Expected behavior
Players should be able to click the in-game currency button located in the upper right corner, select the 10,000 bucks option for purchase, and have their purchase processed successfully, making the currency immediately available to them.
Thank you for the report. We have assigned this to our team for further review.

Could you let us know whether the video with issue you have provided, is taken with app downloaded from Microsoft Store or from Roblox website with installer? Can you also share a screenshot with details of the app version?
I never thought this was a bug I used to play adopt me and tried to buy the 10,000 bucks pack and it said that. I thought that was a feature.
Hi @starhiker13
Apologies for the delayed response; I was out of the office on Friday. Our QA tester recorded this video using the Microsoft Store version of Roblox. Below are the app version specifications. Please let us know if this provides enough information to continue the investigation or if there’s anything else we can assist with.
Hi @shortcourt12345 , if that’s the case the pop up error seems accurate. The 10000 Bucks cost R$3910, on the windows store version client you’ll need to purchase Robux multiple times in order to get R$3910, that’s why the error modal ask you to go to Robux screen.
Saying “Error” is a bit confusing though since it’s not really an error.

Hi @lychee_cooler! Thanks for clarifying that. In that case, would it be possible to update the error message on your end to avoid confusing players?
Isn’t this correct? If a robux amount costs more then 3,000 robux it won’t allow them to purchase it because it is too much?
EDIT: Just realised @lychee_cooler said basically exactly what I said. Apologies for bump.
It isn’t an error message though, it clearly says what it means:
“This item costs more Robux than is available to purchase.” = Can’t purchase that much in-game
" Please leave this experience and go to the Robux screen to purchase more" = Says what it needs.
Although I am ranting on, there is some truth in your point. Saying ‘error’ is bold for something that isn’t an error, more of a ‘fail.’ It would make more sense to change it to “Too much Robux to purchase directly,” or something like that.
