Players crashing when teleporting using teleportservice

Game: All Star Tower Defense - Roblox

Go to the story mode area
Enter a teleporter
Choose a mission
Click quick start

Expected Behavior
Teleport into a reserved server where players can play some tower defense

Actual Behavior
They crash before teleporting
