Players experiencing unexplainable screen flashing

Hi all,

I’m sorry for the vague title. It’s challenging to characterise precisely what this bug is. We’ve been experiencing this for a little while now.

Players are glitching in and out of the world. We don’t understand what this behaviour is. Here are some examples of player reports.

This has also happened to players who have just joined the game, and continued happening every time they joined, with the only way of resolving it being restarting their Roblox Player window.

I’ve had this occur to myself once in studio; however, it was long ago. If anyone can shed any light, maybe even just suggest what exactly to title this bug that’d be very helpful.

Looks like your movement script is setting the velocity or position of the player to NaN.

Yes, this was the issue. I’ve not seen this one before.
