Players when they join my game, default avatars. They seem to have no animation?

I got my friend to test on a new avatar. And he had no animations? Any idea why?

How many animations have you got playing in your game? I’ve seen similar behaviour when the animation track limit is reached. If you check console (can’t remember if it is local or server console) it usually says something along the lines of the animation track limit being reached

Console doesn’t say anything, I’ve got barely any animations playing. My avatar animation works properly.

How are you playing the animations? If it’s on an animator, are you 100% sure it’s created on the server?

They are 100% brand new players, and the animations are a part of the roblox avatar.

A few days ago, Roblox had a problem with avatars not loading properly so everyone was getting the default blocky/noob avatar. It was an outage with AvatarService or something. It should be working now though.
