I’m trying to play a game on Roblox but in order to play a game I have to reinstall roblox.
When I press the play button I always see this:
Any ideas on how to fix this?

You can try - Clearing your cache, Restarting your computer/device, or delete all versions of Roblox on your device.

Hello, would it work if you reinstalled Roblox? Just to see if that solves your problem.
Yep just, had to restart my computer.
What OS is your computer running? (Windows version). To look, hold the windows logo key and the “R” key at the same time. You will see a “run” box. Type “winver”. - without quotations.
What you can try doing is uninstalling the Roblox Player. To do this, go to search bar or press the windows key. search for Uninstall a Program.
Uninstall the roblox player, head back on the website and go to a game, click the green button and it should install it for you with an executable file.
