Hello!
I’m currently working on a round-based and team-based experience where one eliminator must kill all survivors with the “events”/“attacks” (tools) provided. Each round is 90 seconds, intermission is 35 seconds (5 for round statistics), you can purchase cosmetics in the shop, you can visit the store to purchase gamepasses and more currency.
The currency is called “Bloxies”, which is a bloxy-cola shaped soda that is used to purchase all kinds of cosmetics and limited edition items.
This game has been in the works for around 3 years, however 1 of them were mostly absent unfortunately.
I am requesting feedback for a bunch of my UI, aswell as two songs (copyright free for youtubers!).
Everything should be below this line. What do you think?
The default overlay menu. Most of it will be able to be hidden in Patch 2 with arrows (or minimized)
The store. No cosmetics are sold here except bundled ones for the tiers. As you can see, not every icon has been placed yet, and colors haven’t been worked on yet.
The menu. There is a tutorial for new players, settings that is also available to open after closing the menu, and promocodes.
The shop where you purchase cosmetics. This place is used to also purchase titles for your character and limited time cosmetics. The character is animated.
Here, you can insert promocodes that were posted from the group or server.
Post-round statistics. Here, you can see how many bloxies you were awarded, aswell as other statistics.
Now that I showed almost everything, let’s see the music. Many of them will be labeled and described.
This is the song that is used during loading. Once the game is loaded, this song plays.
“Welcome to Boss Minigames” is a track used during the menu. It’s okay-ish, and I plan on revamping most of the soundtrack in Patch 2 with your suggestions. When entering the lobby, this is what should play,
It’s a fairly basic track and sort of… okay. Remember, Patch 2 should revamp most of this.
Now, when you enter the shop, this is what should play;
This is by far the best one in my opinion, but you decide.
Overall this is everything that I can give to you. I decided to post it here because this is a developer-related forum, not filled with leak-hungry children
What do you think? What should I improve upon? Do you want to share any references? Remember, this is the style that I’m going for. Not a low-poly mess that doesn’t fit the style that I’m looking for.
