The model is mostly good. I would however recommend that you curve the edges of the actual base cube itself.
Yikes… I guess the commissioner really hated the model, didn’t they?
The accessories look good, but I think the thing that makes it horrifying is the face of the unicorn… it looks like nightmare fuel. Also, it’s a bit pixelated, so try finding a higher resolution face.
The unicorn also has a hard edge, so I suggest beveling the cube a bit. The face looks pretty flat as it is right now.
I drew the face myself it’s the picture that’s blurry.

I like it, but the body is a little too blocky I suggest making the body of the unicorn more like this:
But the ears, wings, hair, face, and legs look very good. Good Job!
