PLEASE HELP - I incorrectly bought a 'video' under the beta features on studio and there are no available ways of refund or changing the asset

I am aware devforum isn’t the best place to send something like this but roblox’s support system is only giving automated results and wasn’t properly answering any questions!

I enabled the beta feature for ‘videos’ in studio and uploaded a video for 2000 robux and it came through fine - issue is the video itself was wrong and wasn’t properly transparent - like this

Is there any possible way to refund this or replace the video? I really don’t have the money to make a new one either

I think it would only be possible with customer support, but since it’s roblox, you won’t do anything.
