Try restarting studio, I think this happened to me before and all I did was rejoin until it lets me.
I have tried more than 5 times, it doesn’t work for me 
I have this problem too only when opening places via roblox. If I open it via documents it works fine.
Go to the windows registry and delete roblox studio from there
That’s why I say urgent because I’ve had this error since yesterday, and I’ve been trying for about 5 hours and it still doesn’t work

Join this and go to the start menu. You will be able to see an new category with all spanish stuff. Hope this helped.
