A received this email recently and immediately put it into my spam bin because it looked like a phishing attempt.
Not only was I not familiar with the website Robloxcreators.com at the time, but the fact that this profile, at least as displayed on Yahoo mail, is a generic profile picture, rather than a branded one, really scared me into thinking someone got my email associated with my game and was trying to scam me.
Not only that, MULTIPLE people in the Hidden Devs discord immediately agreed this was a scam. It took one brave member (shout out to entoural) posting THIS thread, titled “Is this website legit?”, to finally convince us it was real.
I almost missed out on this very important Roblox email as a developer because they send it via a non- roblox.com website & haven’t set up their email profile and email itself in a way that confirms it is in-fact from Roblox.
I really think this should either be an email sent directly FROM a roblox.com domain & linking to the creators site, or that roblox should improve their email profile, because this was really concerning.
