I think there should be a way to combine multiple plugins into a single package which a player can take from the catalog with a single click and without having to search for each individually. This would allow plugin creators as well as users to easily manage which plugins they want to see grouped together.
If you want a good example, take a look at the collections in Steam Workshop, that feature is basically the same.
