Plugins can no longer be enabled/disabled in Team Create's Run and Play modes

Bug: Enabling plugins from the Plugins bar no longer works in Run mode nor on the server for Play mode. The bar appears enabled until you enter a script (for places with Team Create enabled only), after which it disables until you exit Play/Run mode.

Expected behaviour: You should be able to run a plugin while in either mode (or else the plugins bar shouldn’t be enabled if clicking on it does nothing).

I also found that you can enable plugins while on the client of Play mode, and the bar works correctly.

Work-around: Though it is less convenient, the old plugin behaviour is still working in Test > Start mode.

Screenshots/Recreation Steps:

  1. Open up Studio to a Team Create place
  2. Click Play
  3. Activate a plugin. In the screenshot, I activate Building Tools by F3X. Normally this opens up a few GUIs, but clicking it on/off does nothing.
  4. Open a script (existing or a new one)
  5. Close the script. Notice that in the Plugins Bar, everything remains disabled (normally it would have re-enabled at this point).
