When I launched studio and looked at my plugins, they were not there. This issue is new as it just started happening today. When going into my inventory I can find the plugins, however in studio, they are not there and when I go to the plugin store in studio it says I need to buy it. I cannot redownload them because studio doesn’t think I own them.

I think it should let me use my plugins that I paid for.

As @Bearlandonroblox said, are they stored in your Studio list of Plugins?
I thought the file containing your Studio plugins is stored on your computer (I could be completely wrong though!) and if it got deleted you might need to see if you can restore them.
Yes, normally it is. I checked that file but it was empty

Completely empty, just full of deleted videos.
