Greetings! This is the Plush Association Training Guide for the Middle-Rank Department+.

Rank Responsibilities:

Host Guide:

Host: sm Hello everyone! Welcome to Plush Cafe Trainings! I am your host, (username), and this is my co-host, (co-host username).

Host: sm Before we begin this session, I would like to ask you all how are you all doing today? I hope you are all doing good!

Host: sm Thank you all for attending our session! The MR+ Team is really proud of you for taking time out of your day to learn more and improve your skills at Plush Cafe. We really mean it, thank you.

Host: sm I would also like to thank our amazing MR+ Team for taking time out of their day to help our Trainees improve their skills and knowledge on Plush Cafe, without them, this Training wouldn’t be possible. Thank you!

Host: sm I would now direct the attention to my co-host, please pay attention as my co-host states the rules and information necessary for passing your training.


Co-Host Guide:

Co-Host: sm Hello everyone, I am your co-host, (username), it is a pleasure hosting for you all today! I will now be stating the rules and information, please pay attention.

Co-Host: sm Rule I | Please follow all ROBLOX Terms of Service and Plush Association rules.

Co-Host: sm Rule II | Please be respectful to one another and please listen to your trainer’s directions, if you do not comply, you risk the unfortunate punishment of demotion.

Co-Host: sm Rule III | Please remember to use proper grammar and punctuation when answering questions in your training (Capitals, commas, periods, and correct spelling). If you need help with grammar, please do not hesitate to ask our friendly trainers, we value your determination.

Co-Host: sm That concludes our rules, please pay your attention to the host.


Host Guide (Continued):

(For the following, dismiss the groups in order of who is being more attentive first, dismissal may vary.)

Host: sm Training Group A may now go to their station and begin.

Host: sm Training Group B may now go to their station and begin.

Host: sm Training Group C may now go to their station and begin.

Host: sm Training Group D may now go to their station and begin.

(Once all training groups have been dismissed to their stations, you may now announce the commencement.)

Trainer Guide:

Trainer: Hello! I am your trainer, (username), and this is my co-trainer (co-trainers’) username.

Trainer: Our training session will consist of III main topics, customer interaction, general information/rules, and Plush Association trivia.

Trainer: We will begin with customer interaction, I will now state the information about this topic, please pay attention.

Trainer: The customer interaction segment will include a greeting, customer experience, and a trolling simulation.

Trainer: We will begin with your greetings!

Trainer: When greeting customers at the cafe, you always want them to feel welcome and comforted! That is why your greetings must include a beginning, middle, and end.

Trainer: Your beginning should be stated when you are approached, in your greeting you want to include a welcome, your username, a nice gesture, and a request to take their order.

Trainer: Greeting Beginning Example: Hello! Welcome to Plush Cafe, my name is [username], I hope you are doing good today! What will your order be for today!

Trainer: Your nice gesture could vary from a compliment to a positive note! Examples, “I really like your hat!”, “I hope you are having an amazing day!”

Trainer: I will now direct the customer interaction section to my co-trainer, please give your attention to them.


Co-Trainer Guide:

Co-Trainer: When a customer approaches your register, you will need to be ready with your greeting, we recommend copying and pasting, I will now come up to you and you must state your greeting, if you do something incorrect I will happily correct you, don’t worry!

(Here you will come up to the trainees and ask for their greeting, for example, “Greeting please?”)
