Point out of place in 3D avatar UGC
Hello, I am trying to create the following 3d UGC avatar from scratch (that is, without using the default Roblox models) to sell it on the Roblox marketplace

But when I try it in the test environment there are some types of accessories that are not compatible, and what happens in the following photo happens, the problem is with pants, t-shirts, sweaters or coats and with shoes.

I think the error is in this point below that appear in the screen of Import 3D

But I have not been able to modify it so that it is in the correct position, because when I try to modify it from Roblox Studio, everything looks fine.

Do any of you know how I could resolve it or what is causing this error?

Does your model have a cage? In order for layered clothing to work on a custom character, it will need an inner and outer cage.

(for more specific help, I recommend watching a tutorial or perhaps asking the built-in AI assistant)
