PointLight is visible through walls

As how you can see on screenshot, PointLight is visible through parts. Is there any way to fix that?

What lighting technology is used, also do you have shadows enabled on the PointLight?

I use “Future” lighting. Shadows are turned on

Strange. In my testing there was minimal bleeding with future + shadows.
Are you sure your graphics are maxed?
It seems to bleed much more on lower graphics.

Did you enable the shadows in PointLight’s properties?

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

He specified Lighting Shadows, not the PointLight Shadows.
I’m trying to make sure he didn’t mix up the Shadows on which meant which.

Likely the issue would be the BasePart.CastShadow property being disabled, or your graphics quality level is too low in order for the shadows to be visible.

That was his response to your exact question which someone asked already. I was pointing out that he answered it already.

It is possible that the thrown question might have been misunderstood and so I’ve attempted to make sure it is not a mistake between both sides. I can tell you’re just trying to put me on the edge here, but

As he asks about Lighting being Future and Shadows being turned on, it is possible that the question that the receiver might have understood was not for LightPoint/(source_of_light)'s Shadow properties.

With that said, I believe you can understand what I’m trying to point out and verify in order to make sure there are no misunderstandings, right?

Yeah, i understand… I didn’t assume you thought that deeply into the question. I appreciate that you were clearing up confusion, as most people just don’t read the entire thread and end up asking redundant questions. I didn’t mean to put you on the spot but thanks for clarifying.
