Game Rules
At SizzleBurger, we strive to provide a safe and fun environment for our community. In order to do this, we have certain rules you must follow.
Rules for Everyone
- Be respectfull
- Follow the ROBLOX rules and guidelines.
- All gamepass purchases are final. No refunds.
- Do not Exploit or Hack!
Rules for Pollos Staff:
- Always use grammar when working at Pollos.
- Stay professional, mature and polite to customers.
- Do not AFK cheat for free XP.
- Be respectfull.
- Follow the ROBLOX rules and guidelines.
- We do not transfer ranks to other accounts.
- If you leave the group, you cannot receive your previous rank back if you rejoin.
- All gamepass purchases are final. No refunds.
Infractions:
If you break a rule, you may receive a punishment or a warning.

- Permanent ban
- Demotion
If you notice someone breaking rules, report it to a moderator or management.

| Senior Cook | Senior Cooks are tasked with preparing all the food that our guests order. |
| Senior Staff | Senior Staff is the first step on becoming a Trainer & Management, Senior Staff can Co-Host trainings and can do both jobs; Cook & Cashier. |

| Assistant Manager | An assistant manager is able to supervise trainings & shifts, they make sure the junior management team is running like they should be. |
| Manager | Managers are the people who supervise the entire staff team of Pollos. If you need assistance or if you want to report someone; go to a manager! |

Ranking up
Los Pollos Hermanos works with a XP system called “Clan Labs”.
You get 50XP per 7.5 minutes. You can check your XP progress in-game at the NPC in the spawn room.
Rules may be changed at any time, management & moderators can give infractions for non-listed offenses.
