Hello! I know this question is very niche, and the answer is probably very obvious but I am just checking.
Basically I have been thinking to add portal ad’s to my game, but I also thought of the revenue from premium payouts vs portal ad’s. I was thinking of having a system to hide portal ad’s for users with premium as that could potentially lead to a little bit more revenue since, yes I am getting paid for users going into the portal, but I could make more from the premium player staying in the game instead of using the portal ad.
I want to know if its allowed (or possible) to hide portal ad’s for premium players. Specifically if doing this would make me ineligible to receive portal ad revenue. The answer is probably I can but I am just double checking as I have not seen anyone else talk about this.
I am not asking for a script to do this, as I assume its the same as hiding a normal part through the client.
You should check Roblox’s policies to ensure you can hide ads for premium users. Generally, hiding ads for premium users is allowed and can be done with scripting. You need to balance the potential loss in portal ad revenue with the possible increase in premium payouts due to better user engagement.
