Hey there!
My name is Philip, but some people know me as “RajeshKothrappaIi”, I’ve been on this platform for quite some time now. I’ve had the pleasure of working in large groups in multiple different titles, ranging from Mod and Developer to Group Manager and Staff leader. I enjoy helping out and look at most of the work I do as just a hobby.
Why me?
I have had close to 3 years now of experience in management positions from small groups to large groups, each one I’ve served a different purpose or pursued different tasks, some of which were, Managing Development Teams, Maintaining the Community, In charge of Revenue growth and so much more.
I’m extremely reliable and am usually very active, I can complete tasks with tough deadlines and can help run groups with thousands and thousands of members.
I believe that I’d be a valuable asset to anyone’s team if I’m given the right opportunity!

I’ve worked in I’d say close to 40 or so groups over the time I started playing Roblox, a good chunk of that number is just regular moderation and administration titles, but on the 10 or so that have been large groups with me holding positions like “Community Manager” and so on, they’ve been the real highlight of my career.

I am generally always pretty active aside from School, but I’ve almost always got Discord running on in the background and after Studies I’m available most times to do whatever is needed of me.
