Pose mode isnt working in blender

I was trying to make a gfx when i noticed that there was no pose mode. Heres what it looks like:

when i go to scullpt mode theres this thing called pose but its way different. Btw my rig is called paint rig v3. Can someone help me with this or reccomend to me a different rig

Make sure you have the rig itself selected

nvm i got it now i just had to do rotate. Thx

she means, you have to click on the rig, (not the parts, the actual armatures) THEN pose mode will be there
