Position Filled - House Model Maker

As part of a major renovation to the Stylz Salon housing system, we’re looking for two new house models that will replace these:

1 Story Home:
Exterior

Interior

2 Story Home:
Exterior (left)

Interior

Both models should be visually appealing with ample space on the inside, and basic house features on the outside. Walls should be double in order to allow for a different color on the inside than on the outside. There should be NO UNIONS and as little parts as possible to maintain performance. Folder organization for each model is preferred but not a requirement.

There is a fairly quick timeline for this project (1-2 days) with pay at R$ 15,000 for both models (negotiable) via group funds.
