Position of keyframe not entirely working

I dont exactly know how to describe this issue other than the animation not playing correctly. Here’s an example of what i mean:

While animating:

As you can tell, the in game version does not reach as far as in the actual animation. If anyone could tell me the reason why and a fix, that would be very much appreciated. :grin:

my best guess is that it’s probably because the mesh is smaller?
i don’t animate very often, i only really deal with the scripting side of things
