Positioning Model same place as Handle - Tool Help

Issue: I would like to be able to offset a model to the position of a handle in a tool, making the handle the centre of rotation for a CFrame.

Current setup (From picture): (H = Handle) (M = Model)

I want to make the H (Handle) the position with the tool, and put M (Model) in the same exact place.

Have you tried welding the model to the Handle?
