When I made this post, he classified he needed an experienced gfx designer. He had got an example from ‘God Simulator’ clearly showing he had standards on what he wanted. If you did see that, my post, clearly not dictating anything, suggested he raised the price. He has since edited it to not show proper standards so any type of payment is fine.

Also, his reply to my original post was ‘including 40% of game revenue’ which is crucial to include as it makes the value of the payment so much more…

Hey 50 robux is enough for a simple GFX, but I don’t reccomond 40% of your revenue. Your game seem’s pretty hard worked on, and a GFX taking 40% of your games revenue doesn’t seem wise to me. Usually roles like GFX are reserved for one time payments, because the role:

One done once usually, you only make one thumbnail not 100,

Two: It’s not really crucial to your game.

Third percentage is a risk, what if your game fails? How much did the GFX artist really get for his time?

However at the end it’s your choice, but this is my suggestion. What I would do personally is pay 1k to 2k robux, that’s usually a fair price for a game thumbnail, and if you don’t have enough then you could go with a simple GFX, or try making it yourself.

Percentage is almost never crucial. The reason why people pay percentage is that they don’t have enough robux. Obviously if they don’t have enough how will they advertise there game, and no investing is a tricky buisness, and is rare to find a ledgit one.

Percentage will almost never have value, unless if your game is already popular.

What if the game fails? Do you have a backup plan? Also, are you looking for high quality GFXs? I need more information in this post.

I never implied it was crucial, ever, to give percentage pay, but that it’s crucial to include you’re paying 40% in payment, so artists know what they’re getting paid. Sorry if that’s a hot take
