Possible Hyperion Crash renders ROBLOX unplayable after reinstalling Windows 10

Hi there, I reinstalled Windows 10 after a power surge rendered the whole operating system unusable. After trying a lot of solutions (including the solutions from this thread.), I cannot play ROBLOX anywhere (not even the UWP app).

Sorry to necro, but I had to reinstall Windows 10 today and had the same issue.

tl;dr make sure you always have your drivers updated and installed lol

Your system is more than enough to handle Roblox. What is the error codes you receive?
Is this the Player and Studio?

This looks like Windows 7 but windows 10 was mentioned. Windows 10 became unusable, so it was reinstalled.

Is this issue now fixed? You mentioned drivers.
