Post-processing effects on certain areas of the screen?

I’m trying to make an effect similar to the Outer Wilds destroying the fabric of spacetime ending, similar to this.

Currently, I haven’t found a way to seperate the orange colour and the inverted colour. (I dont want to make the cracks 3d as shown in the game, just 2d cracks on the screen is fine)

Any help is much appreciated!

This is practically impossible to do on Roblox as of now, because there isn’t anything that supports that.

Although, you can try rendering tons of frames and raycasting to get the colour of the block in front of the player then invert the colour, then use that colour and apply it to the frame.
