When working with small items such as weapon attachments, you will need to move the attachment just small increments.
Not only are you forced to use free tool because such increments does not exist, but its also very difficult to move it.
You can hardly see the move arrows when zoomed in. And the huge blue outline makes it difficult to see if I fitted it just right.
It’s also very difficult to move the camera to correct position, one step forward and you’re already past the model.
I would suggest that the size of the arrows and outline be determined by the size of the model. And some command to set the camera speed in studio so you can work easier with smaller models.
I agree. Another issue: you’ll see when you grab + start moving the handle, it first jumps about 0.4 studs and then proceeds to move by 0.001. Animated gif: (with a helpful mouse icon showing when the mouse grabs & drags)
For the camera positioning issue, you can hold shift as you pan the camera to move it by an alternate increment for precision control (set in Settings.)
Yeah we can’t really add much more. It looks like pixel barf now. Anyways, I thought we could change the studio selection/hover line width. I only see an option for the PrimaryPart visualisation box. Maybe I’m confusing it with the newer selectionbox width property.
cmdutl cmdutl cmdutl cmdutl. It allows you to set increments! In 3.0 you can increment exactly! In 5.0 you can drag! Loads of fun! Very little rounding errors! CSG succeeds more often!
