PreferredPlayers/MaxPlayers inconsistencies between client/studio/team create/web

game.Players.PreferredPlayers and game.Players.MaxPlayers returns different values between solo studio, team create, and live clients. Using a wait(1) only helps in the client. Tested on the Windows, Windows UWP, and Android clients. I am in the beta, however it seems to happen on accounts not in the beta as well. Changing the settings seems to change the results too.
