Premium is cancelled for 6 hours once a month

Please fix the premium renewal system. Every month I lose premium access for 6 hours while the subscription and billing systems struggle with timezone differences. If I was a UGC creator, all my items would go off-sale during this window.

Expected behavior

I have a subscription, there should be no break in my premium benefits.
