I canceled my premium 2 times and it didnt show the message or email even after a month. You used to receive a email when cancelling premium and when it expires. You were also suppose to receive a message after it is fully expired
I don’t know if this is suppose to be intended but this just causes confusion. Happens for a few months
Expected behavior
I expect to receive a email when cancelling premium and also receiving a message when the subscription has ended. It just causes confusion when you suddenly loose premium without any notice
I’m experiencing the same bug. I didn’t even realize that my premium ended until I tried to put a UGC item for sale. Turns out it’s been over a month since I got premium, and I didn’t receive any message. I need premium to put a UGC item on sale, and that’s when it reminded me. It would be great if this gets fixed.
Like said in the above post it’s obvious why it is annoying
Correct me if im wrong but im pretty sure certain stuff requires you to have premium like putting UGCs onsale meaning if it expires then all onsale items go offsale (exception with limiteds ofc) and you might not notice it till later
It also just causes confusion suddenly not being able to trade or sell limiteds anymore
