My studio has been having an issue with the premium payout for months now and it has not been resolved. Roblox called it “A visual bug” and if it is then they haven’t fixed that either however my main concern is we have lost thousands of dollars to this “Visual Bug” and Roblox wont compensate us for it so there is no way to earn that back and Roblox has not released a plan to fix this at all.
By “Premium Payout” you mean the robux given to you if Premium players play your game a lot every month?

I do. It appears to be a common issue with many other games too!
You only get the robux if your game is getting active premium players a lot. If you think that the premium payout gives you robux every month it does not.
The studio he’s talking about is owned by myself, so I can expand upon what he’s saying here.
It’s not an issue with players, rather with Roblox itself.

Ah yes he must have ment that, that is loosing a lot. Can’t really do anything other than report it since we don’t have the power to fix such thing.
