Group Premium Payouts missing for the last couple of days

I first noticed this issue a few months ago, it started small… You wouldn’t see a premium payout listing for the first half of the day. In August it got worse, as much as 3 to 4 days without premium payouts and on the 4th or 5th day we’d receive the last days all at once. Now we’re not getting any premium payouts at all, the last payout I saw was the 27th (14 days ago at time of posting)… This is kind of a problem since our pending robux is only reflecting sales figures, so did they just discontinue premium payouts all together???

Another day, more lost revenue… This really needs to be fixed.

My group has been affected too.

Thanks for reporting this. I wouldn’t have noticed this bug considering premium payouts are so low compared to revenue from gamepasses!

We need to find a more effective way to reach them

For what it’s worth, my group is also affected.

We shouldn’t have to though. It’s sad that a company worth 50 billion dollars treats the smaller developers who built them up so poorly. It has been over a week now and this has been an issue for many people. I believe the issue started on September 2 after the last premium payout period ended on September 1. It is now September 11 and this still hasn’t been fixed. Unacceptable.

In situations like this, if you are actually missing money, you are likely to get refunded the difference when they restore the metrics. This is what I’ve seen for several similar bug reports that were resolved in the past. So you don’t need to worry about missing out on Robux overall.

It seems to be affecting developers of all sizes equally so insinuating this is somehow deprioritized because it affects “small developers” (whatever that term means) seems highly ill-informed.

Is there any confirmation on whether this is just a visual bug or is revenue from Premium Payouts actually not going into group funds or accounts

Hi, I can confirm this is happening to my group as well: Skilled Studio LLC - Roblox

Hello, it is affecting our group as well.

Nerdy Pancake - Roblox Also happening in my group

This issue is also occurring to my group: Out of Blox - Roblox

I have the same problem here. No premium payouts have been received from our ~6,000 concurrent game at [❄️EVENT] ZO ぞ SAMURAI - Roblox and payouts show at 0 for approx. the past week.
This seems like a serious problem since it doesn’t seem like it is just a visual bug, and is actually affecting me and multiple of my friend’s game profits.

Problem is affecting my group as well, not sure when it started. Revenue tab has been showing a flat 0 for premium.

The Furry Project 2, as well as smaller personal groups of mine, have been suffering from the same issue. This seems to be site wide, if that wasn’t clear already.

This is drastically affecting me; I’ve lost thousands of US dollars from my profile projects, and my group has lost thousands more.

This has been happening to me for a few months now, but I originally thought I was getting the payments shortly afterwards. After looking into it, it turns out I’m not getting my lost revenue at all.

Normally, I should be earning about 20k-30k Robux a day, so I’ve lost almost everything today. Now, imagine this happening for many, many days; it’s added up. I rely on premium payouts as I do not push monetization a lot.

I can barely pay my developers now, since it keeps happening for multiple days in a row. This is truly a problem.

Fix this as soon as possible. This is costing me thousands of dollars worth of lost funds.

Hey developers, thanks for posting and sorry for the confusion!

To clarify - there is no issue with payouts, this was due to a recent change in how totals were shown:Payouts were being attributed to the initiation date rather than the date the Robux was received. The Premium Payout totals for Past Day were always showing as 0 because the processing time is longer than one day. However, the payouts were included in the Past Week total with a few day delay.

The Summary Total should now be showing accurate amounts. Let us know if you are still experiencing any issues.

It was initially fixed for a few days, now it is back to 0 again for no reason…
