Premium payouts not showing any data beyond about a week ago

Summary

For the past few days, the premium payouts graph in developer stats has not been updating for my game [Lava Ascension](https://www.roblox.com/games/3540454961/). The date range does adjust automatically, however, it appears that there is no data beyond the date 9/27. Using the [engagementpayouts.roblox.com](https://engagementpayouts.roblox.com/docs) API confirms that there is not data available for anything beyond 9/27. This affects some of my other places as well, to different degrees (one less visited place hasn't had any data since 9/21).

Blue = No data in the graph beyond 9/27

Red = High premium visit percentage should means that data should show up
Blue = The data here does continue to the present day.

Stats are off for Robux revenue/missing revenue

As of 8am today w/the dev stats, there was a huge dip in revenue reported. We noticed a significant loss in revenue (As in, 80% decrease in the space of an hour) with no changes to our game. Other developers are reporting similar behavior. Not sure if it’s a display issue or a genuine issue processing purchases. [image]

Sales of Goods Robux missing in past week

I had 1.1 million Robux last week. I released a game around 10 days ago, wanted to check how much I’ve received last week in the summary revenue page. I’ve received around 500k in sales and goods but my Robux has only gone up to 1.3m. I’m receiving some Robux but not all that is stated on the page, you can see what’s missing here in the yearly page. No, those are different bugs, with the first one being an issue with developer stats in general (as opposed to premium payouts), and the second one is an issue with group revenue being off.

It looks like the issue resolved itself for me. More recent data is now showing up. I’ll update the post if it occurs again.
