I’m experiencing an issue with Premium visits on my Roblox experience. My game gets around 2,000 visits per day, and based on my estimates, about 2% of these visits are from Premium players.
This issue started today, and logically, it’s impossible for my game to go from thousands of visits per day, including Premium users, to 0 Premium visits all of a sudden. To verify, I even asked some of my Premium contacts to join my game, yet today’s analytics still show 0 Premium visits, which confirms that something is wrong with the tracking system.
My Premium Payouts haven’t been affected yet since this just started, but I’m concerned that they might be if the issue continues. I also have screenshots showing this inconsistency.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? And could the Roblox team look into it?
I tried on another account and gave myself a premium visit, the same problem, so I imagine that all developers are affected by this bug. I actually hope that my premium payouts will not be set to 0, and that it is simply a visual bug.
That’s exactly what I thought, but what worries me is that since it’s set to 0, I might end up earning nothing when the time comes. Considering that I usually earn tens of thousands of Robux per day, it would be really frustrating not to receive anything because of a bug.
Having the same issue with my 3 games! They all usually average around 100-200 premium visits daily but I’ve gotten 0 for almost 3 days now. I hope they fix this soon.
Our internal team has fixed the premium visits data from yesterday but unfortunately the premium visits data for the last three days can’t be recovered. due to the limitation of an old system. The payout however is calculated from a different flow and hence not affected. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to our creators.
