It really doesn’t matter, it’s just a matter of “what sounds better” for your game.
Prestige and Rebirth are just different ways to indicate how many times a player has restarted their progress after reaching a certain goal. You can even call it “Level” if you wanted or “Reputation” or “Loyalty”.
Approximately, it is the same thing. But what more satisfying to hear?
Imma make a poll for this to decide what is word is better.

In my opinion don’t make either of them. Prestiges and rebirths is one of things that make a simulator boring. Imagine becoming a milionaire in real life, then you need to lose all your money and start everything again, but hey, you earn 10% more money this time. See, it’s not fun to just give up everything you have collected and start over. Instead of this, try to frequently add new areas/items to your game, making it harder to just finish it completely and possibly encouraging people to keep returning to it.
But if I were to choose, I’d go with “rebirth”.
