Prevent scroll bar from fading out on mobile scrolling frames

My UI relies on the scroll bar to fill space, and it looks quite ugly when the scroll bar isn’t there. This isn’t an issue on computers because the scroll bar is always there, but the scroll bar fades out after a few seconds of not scrolling on mobile.

With scroll bar

I can’t find any properties that allow me to disable this behavior. Does anyone know how to?

this may be lata but i would just make a fram at the scrolling bar position thats always there. it also checks if its on a mobile and disapera if the mobile device have like swept
