We are looking for a developers to help us make our first game, we are making a game that is a survival island. Plane crashes and then you are trapped on an island until rescue team comes. Have random deadly events, until rescue arrives.
Bruh, why would anybody join in the first place… neither you have an idea of what the game is, neither you are doing something useful in this team… you get 20% for graphics design, while the scripter and builders are doing 98% of the game? You just want people to do all the work for you while you rest
Uhhh, 20% for a Main Programmer? That’s very low. I mean a full game scripted, the scripter willl work alone to? That’s not very good, I’d say manage more the precentages and stuff and maybe get some game progress or learn to script too and be a scripter assistant soo It would be a little fair.
I am open to changes, just my lack of knowledge of a good price point. I’m not meaning to seem greedy, sorry if it looks that way. The reason I haven’t chosen a game type is because I want to find capable devs first and see what they can do.

I think you should decrease the builder percentage to 20 percent each, and raise the scripter percentage to around 50, because I work for 40 at the very minimal, but I like and appreciate you are putting in the effort to make it more suitable for the devs you are hiring, instead of most being greedy and deciding too keep most of the percentage for not contributing anything. I agree. builders don’t have to go through the stress of bugs, and changing things with different roblox updates. Also scripters usually do more than twice the work of builders so it’s only fair to give them as much
I will edit the pricing as the team progresses, however we evaluate % on a game-by-game basis, and I believe this game will particularly have a lot of building my other option would be to go to 50% for scripter and remove the second builder, with the first builder on 30%, what do you think of that?
I am willing to apply for this, however, I would like to know one thing.
If the game is to fail, I would still like a backup payment for the systems that I code
