Because you probably dont own the plugin that causes this issue.
Its a plugin. The main point is there is no issue what so ever, and it’s completely normal just click without grant access each time.

Have went to this guys profile and its not a bot or anything. Its just that the plugin creator took the audio made by this guy for his plugin.

I scrolled through the comments and many people seem to be asking the same question, apparently it may be from the Gameguard Antivirus. Peculiar.
Can completely confirm this is from the game guard anti virus plugin. If you want to remove it, it fixes the issue but game guard is not malicious. mark as solution if worked.
