Private Server Join Button Not Working

Hi there! So, when I try to get in my private server, something is off, the join button on the server list doesn’t even work! I tried autoclicking it, but still no success.

(This bug happens in the Microsoft Store app)

Reproduction Steps

  1. Go to the Servers list in a game you own a private server.

  2. Click the join button.

  3. Watch as it does nothing, no matter if you spam click it or not.

Expected behavior

What should happen is that the join button would take me to the private server, instead of just doing nothing. I don’t get an error, it just stays on the server list.

Thanks for the report. Can you verify whether this is happening from the server list on the website in a browser or within the app?

It is within the app. The website server list works just as fine.

I know it’s been a while on this one, apologies for that. Looking back at it, it sounds like this issue is specific to the Windows Store version of Roblox. That version is currently partially deprecated(it’s no longer discoverable on the Windows store) and we have near-term plans to cease support for it.
