So yesterday I downloaded the shiftlock plugin and after I downloaded it, when I played it I couldn’t turn off the shiftlock, so I deleted it but when I deleted the characters became broken and there were still scripts that I couldn’t delete. every time I delete it, it will come back in StarterGui every time I play it. pls help me to fix it. and it happens on newly created games, I have tried removing the script in game but it is still the same
Go through all the folders in your game in the Explorer panel, especially StarterGui, StarterPlayer, StarterPlayerScripts, and StarterCharacterScripts. Look for any scripts or objects that seem to be related to the ShiftLock script or any unfamiliar items that you did not place there yourself. Delete them manually.
You can also reinstall Roblox studio if that helps too, or
Find and delete the GlobalBasicSettings_13.xml file (or similarly named).
But be cautious it resets studio so just be aware of it
