Problem with output displaying errors from other places

So I have recently noticed that my Roblox studio outputs have been displaying incorrect messages.
For example:

Now what you are probably thinking is, “There are just script errors, right?”, well no, because in numerous other places, owned even by other people or groups, it displays these messages in output. I have tried clearing output, restarting Studio, and everything. even games without scripts are showing this.
So my question is, what is going on?

You have a plugin that is creating these errors. Check your plugin folders and get rid of any you didn’t intentionally download.

By the way, I could tell from the “cloud_number”, usually means there’s a module or plugin involved:
