Problem with ugc head, how to make a static head?

You can write your topic however you want, but you need to answer these questions:

  1. What do you want to achieve? Keep it simple and clear!
    - Remove facial animation, remove neck-to-head connections

  2. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!
    - I can’t remove facial animation, neck-to-head connections

  3. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?
    - I spent 2 days continuously trying to solve this problem but there was no solution anywhere…

After that, you should include more details if you have any. Try to make your topic as descriptive as possible, so that it’s easier for people to help you!

So firstly, when I click avatar setup, after the setup the head and the neck are connected in the character…

Secondly, the face moves as ya’ll can see

I tried to paint all the weight red in the blender also, no success, tried to remove facial bones, it didn’t even help. I also redid everything 50 times by using YouTube vid tutorials - nothing.

I will be very glad and grateful for your help I’m already tired:pray::sob:

for the weight paints nor working properly, have you tried to normalize your weights?

as for the faces, have you tried putting a dynamic head inside of the static one?

and for the head to neck connections, that’s probably got something to do with your rig’s setup and or the origins of the head, do you have the head rigged to a body?

Also could you link the tutorials you referenced/followed?

How is your model looking in blender?

Try to create a neck in blender, set the attachments, and the cage to fit properly.

DO NOT remove any face bones, instead:
go to edit mode-> go to the vertex groups → click a facial bone name vertex group → click select → click remove, and do that process to all facial bones.

I don’t quite understand what you mean by make a neck, the cage was inserted,
I’ll try to delete the vertex groups and I’ll write you if it worked

That makes sense the reason why the head is connected to the body is because you did that in blender, you didnt add neck geometry.

how to add neck geometry then? and where?

You need to sculpt the neck from the head part, and make sure it has is connected to the head
Capture2,

head part geometry = head and neck geomerty

but I don’t want to make realistic heads with neck…
I want to make a head like this:

The head is stuck in the body(no neck). yea people are getting confused on what you want

oh so sorry i didn’t notice the eyes animation in the y2k moe anime head,
but just look at the difference here (another head)

I want a head without a neck, without that type of head to neck connection, and for the face itself not to move like in my video, just a basic head with a decal and without any cheek movement.

1 is r15 the other one is rthro. Try to sculpt the top of your upperbody(the neck place) to be slightly lower or move the head geometry higher by going to edit-> select all vertecies and move them slightly up

Why should I need to do the neck? Because I just don’t see a neck anywhere in the other heads.

I up the verticles head in the blender and this is what came out

exactly, but you made them up too much, redu it to what it was before and make the verts slightly up, as you desire

also dont upload it with autosetup, since autosetup always gives face bones

How to fix all this i dont know… and why does this error say i dont own my assets

You messed up with the cage UV map, you should never touch the cage uv maps

I dont know for the second issue, its more of a roblox moderation thing

Am I inserting the cage correctly? Also, what to do with this error?

what is the error of he dynamic head on 27 sec
