Problems connecting to Studios

Just had a look and I don’t immediately see anything too suspicious here. Looks like the TC server is coming up as expected, you are beginning to connect, then something is going during that connection.

Notably, your client is successfully communicating with the server briefly so it looks like this is probably not a networking issue.

A couple questions for you:

  • Did this problem just start happening recently, or has it been ongoing for some time?
  • If you try to join a few times in a row, do they all fail or is there a chance one will succeed?

Hello, this problem has only happened recently. Ever since the new studio updates, it’s not only affecting me but my other team members as well. We’re currently unable to access our development place right now. I’ve tried to join a few times in a row, they failed. I’ve tried reinstalling and joining yet it failed again.

Issue has been resolved for us, apparently one of our developers turned on haptics in beta features. And the rest didn’t, this prevented us from being able to connect.
