Problems with exporting skinned mesh animation

Hey there! So my animator has a problem with a rig that was recently made by another modeller. Apparently, he only animated the rig and exported the FBX. Once he played the animation on the Roblox Animator, this happened and it’s really slowing down development on the animation side.

Do any of you know how to fix this? It’s appreciated.

This happened because you scaled the FBX down when importing it into Roblox (I’m pretty sure the reason why this happens is because animation data doesn’t get scaled down when you do that.). My solution is when exporting the fbx, set the scale to something similar to 0.01 and keep it that way whenever you export. Keep in mind that whenever you export the FBX, export it with the same scale every single time or else the animation will be messed up.
