I am attempting to change my profile’s about text, but despite me having unlocked my PIN in the account settings, it keeps telling me that I have to unlock my PIN.
Process:
- I unlock my pin in the settings, it displays the time remaining
- I go to my profile and attempt to change my about text, it says “You cannot perform this action with a locked pin. Unlock your pin in the Account Settings page.”
- Checking the PIN api at
https://auth.roblox.com/v1/account/pin, it shows that my PIN is unlocked.
I’ve tried this multiple times now so this is no fluke.
