My current profile picture on the DevForum is my Roblox character MONTHS ago. This is the same case for other users I’ve seen. The picture should be kept up to date with the picture on your Roblox profile page.
Try logging out then logging in again. Sometimes because of caching issues, your profile Pic may not update immediately.

But on this post, OP looks different on the devforums than on his ROBLOX account on others’ screens. Wouldn’t that mean that this isn’t because of caching issues?

If they recently changed their avatar, it will take a few moments for the devForum’s cache to catch up.
It isn’t the first time that I’ve seen that phenomenon happen, usually logging out and then back in solves this, or should solve this.
Logging out didn’t work for me, however since you said caching issues I did “Ctrl+F5” which worked and now my profile picture is displayed correctly.
